If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 60 days after the conclusion of this Sweepstakes.

Taxes:
All prizes offered are subject to U.S. taxes, both for U.S. residents and non-U.S. residents. Prizes may also be subject to taxes in the winner's country of residence. The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership and/or use. Where the prize awarded to a U.S. resident is equal to or exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the retail value of the prize awarded. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1042 to each non-U.S. winner reporting the total value of the prize, including the amount remitted to the IRS.

How to Enter:
No purchase, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. You can enter by making an optional donation to the benefiting charity through our donation page OR you can enter for free by clicking on the “Enter Without Contributing” button that is available when a giveaway is live and completing the registration page. Limit: Each participant may earn a maximum of two thousand (2,000) entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods.

Winner Confirmation Process:
The Winner shall be selected based on a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified within 10 days of the drawing by email and will be provided with directions on how to formally accept the prize. If Winner does not respond as required within the time frame provided, winner forfeits the prize. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner, the Sponsor may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing. The Sponsor is responsible for shipping the Prize to the Winner, when applicable. The Winner will not be responsible to pay for any Prize shipping.
Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Sponsor. In order to accept the Prize, Winner must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Sponsor and/or Prize Provider.
NOTE: If the person selected from the random drawing process above is a resident of Canada or Belgium, then they must complete a mathematical problem posed by Sponsor prior to being deemed as a Winner. Should the selected individual fail, an alternate winner will be chosen as specified above.
